Haven sp. z o.o. part of american company Tribeach Holdings, which is an investor’s of unique investment Wawrzyńca 19 in Krakow’s Kazimierz, has selected Mostostal Warszawa S.A. as a General Contractor. Value of investments is estimated to more than 30 mln PLN. The investment is scheduled to be completed in the second quarter of 2017.
Wawrzyńca 19, is a modern apartment complex rising on the site of the former Municipal Power Station at Wawrzyńca street. The apartments have a diversified structure – from one bedroom on the unusual, multi-level apartments and penthouses. The historic buildings are being modernized and transformed in a way that does not violate the integrity of their original design.
