Warsaw mixed-use development site acquired ‘Leach & Lang have acquired a 3 hectare development plot in the centre of Warsaw next to Arkadia shopping centre with outline planning for 75,000 leasable/sellable square meters on behalf of Balmoral, an international real estate investment and advisory firm, from Orchid Developments for an undisclosed sum.
