Leach & Lang’s sister company, Leach & Partners, has been mandated to take care of the building administration, property-level book-keeping, letting and property management of two residential buildings and one private student house at ul. Rakowicka 20 in Krakow acquired in December 2019 by the Catella European Residential (CER) Fund from Hines.
The complex of 3 buildings, known as ‘Trio’ and consisting of 291 separate units, is situated just 500 metres from the Krakow Glowny main train station and is located in equally close proximity to the Krakow University of Technology and the Krakow University of Economics. All three buildings are ready for occupation and despite the time of year there is already a spate of enquiries from prospective tenants.
The mandate moves L&L/L&P’s total number of units under management throughout Poland closer to the 2,000 mark. Leach & Partners are already touching 100% occupancy for Pereca 11, Catella’s building in Warsaw and the speed at which Trio is filling in just the first two weeks of operations at the start of January 2020 confirms gives confidence that Trio will quickly follow suit.
