New facades of the buildings of the second phase have been exposed along with the Spring arrival in Browar Lubicz. New owners will be able to hand their apartments over in a few months.
Apartments in the building F have been already prepared for handing over – they have been cleaned and the windows have been washed. The last finishing works are continued: painting walls, radiators installation, laying tiles on the balconies. The area around the building is arranged as well, the supply of the ground and gravel has been delivered to plant some vegetation.
