‘Second Phase of Lubicz Brewery development under construction’

The construction and sale of the next two residential buildings ‘E’ and ‘F’ at the Browar Lubicz development has already begun – as has the construction and leasing of the A-class office-building ‘G’. All together there will be 109 apartments in the two residential buildings and over 5,000 sq m of leasable office space in Building ‘G’. The size of the apartments in the residential buildings varies from 41 to 100 square metres whilst the floor plates in the office building measure 1,000 sq m each. The construction of the entire second phase (which will cover residential buildings C and D which will be released for sale at a later date) will be completed by July 2016.
