The Real Estate Market Forum / Polish Real Estate Forum 2024 was held in Sopot for the 14th time.
On June 6-7, as always in Sopot, representatives of the real estate industry from all over the country met at the Sheraton Hotel, right by the Sopot pier.
During this year’s edition, Leach and Lang Property Consultants and Leach & McGuire were represented by Konrad Wesołowski.
The conference this year was held under the theme “Course Correction.”
During the first day, they discussed and debated, among other things:
👉 trends that dominate the real estate market and their creation by leading developers
👉 green solutions and ESG-based communication strategies quickly becoming standard
👉 the AI revolution: how the real estate industry is adapting new tools for its own purposes
👉 how to deal with persistent problems resulting from the macroeconomic situation
These are just a small part of the topics that emerged during this two-day event.
For years, the conference has been an ideal space for substantive exchange of experiences, inspiration and networking.
