Platinum Residense project started in December 2009, when L&L Warsaw was announced as the winner of the tender for the management and finishing of 217 apartments, varying from 40m2 to 100m2. The project implementation was completed in 2012, when the apartments were handed over to the Investor.
The project undertook all works! This included initially the removal of some walls, right through to the design and fit out and finally ended with the handover of the ready to use apartments with functioning TV sets, cutlery and glassware in kitchen cabinets and bed sheets ready for the guests to come.
During the project L&L Warsaw managed and supervised the following activities:
- Property handover and inventory of apartments
- Preparation and control of project budget
- Legal services – preparation of contracts with suppliers and contractors, statements, protocols and representing the Investor in front of external authorities and institutions
- Preparation of architectural design and complete project documentation
- Selection of finishing and furnishing materials
- Selection of suppliers and contractors as well as negotiating cooperation conditions
- Purchase of materials and coordination of suppliers and contractors
- Constant supervision of project at each stage ensuring deadlines were met
- Preparation of final project documentation
- Handover of finished apartments to Investors
- Post warranty service
