Platinum Apartments project lasted from May to October 2012. At this time L&L Warsaw managed and supervised the following areas:

1. Preparation of architectural design
2. Preparation and management of budget
3. Preparation of legal documentation
4. Supervision of working process and working schedule
5. Takeover and handover of finished apartments
6. Post warranty service
