We are happy to announce that the new buildings have grown in the rapid pace on the Lubicz Brewery development, carried out by the General Contractor Warbud SA. The building F has gained a new facade less than a year before the end of the construction works, whereas plastering works have begun in buildings C, D and E. The Buyers will be able to enjoy their new apartments soon since will be ready in July 2016. The Building Office G is progressing fast as well and new windows have been inserted there.
The apartments of the second phase of Lubicz Brewery have been already sold out in more than 50%. There are the apartments with one-, two- and three bedrooms available. Each apartment has a loggia, a balcony or a terrace, and the ground floor apartments possess their own gardens.
