Leach & McGuire (formerly: Leach & Partners) assisted in the purchase of around 640 units in Praga and Sluzewiec for Swedish investor, Heimstaden Bostad, capping a watershed moment in the company’s history and making for a memorable weekend.
Leach & McGuire co-operated on the Heimstaden deal with Dentons, CBRE, Deloitte and Arcadis with L&McG’s residential market knowledge providing the backbone of the potential rental levels and cost analysis for both schemes along with detailed fit-out advice.
Commenting on the transaction, Conall McGuire said: ‘It is a very proud moment for us to get these deals done especially given the uncertainties in the market back in Quarter 2. We have been working really hard together with Heimstaden for the past 3 months. The work does not stop here though – we have a similar number of units in DD at the moment with a chance of closing in the course of the next month or so and good perspectives for further deals in 2021.’
