Leach & McGuire (formerly known as: Leach & Partners), a company from the Leach & Lang capital group, continues its good streak and is announcing another large and successful transaction in recent months with the Swedish partner Heimstaden Bostad, on which they advised.
The value of the transaction was approx. PLN 381 mln and its scope included apartments in several locations in Warsaw: “Unique Tower” at ul. Grzybowska (136 apartments), “Moko Botanika” at ul. Bokserska (number of premises: 417) and “Studio Okęcie”, where the remaining 94 premises are planned.
The transaction is the second major purchase made by Heimstaden Bostad in Poland, the first took place at the end of 2020 and concerned 640 apartments, also in Warsaw.
