Leach & Lang together with JLL Poland continue with disposals of Hollybrook Polska portfolio in Poland!

Following the successful sale of plots on ul. Sokolska and ul. Sciegennego in Katowice and a residential site in Cieszyn, L&L and JLL have now closed the sale of a large housing site in Siemianowice Slaskie and a hotel site in Ustron on behalf of Hollybrook for a combined value of 10mln PLN. Talks are now ongoing with several parties for the last property in the portfolio – a sizeable residential site in Otrebusy on the outskirts of Warsaw.
