Leach & Lang to advise Key Development on sale of residential plots in Lodz and Blonie.

Leach & Lang Property Consultants have been instructed to advise on the sale of a group of assets belonging to Warsaw-based property development company, Key Developments. The most significant assets are a mixed-use site in the centre of Blonie on which could be built over 50,000 sq m of sellable or leasable space and a plot on ul. Kilinskiego in Lodz on which around 6,000 sq m of residential/commercial could be constructed.
