Leach & Lang supervises renovation of a tenement house in Krakow.

Leach & Lang’s Project Management department are supervising the extensive renovation of a tenement house (1800 m²) located at ul. Krzywa 12 in Krakow. The renovation of the building, which dates back to 1939, is being financed by the private owners who make up the building’s community. Every effort is being made to preserve the traditional style of architecture from the first half of the 20th century. The general contractor, chosen by Leach & Lang through an exhaustive tender process, is Przedsiebiorstwo Budowlane TF Sp.z o.o. Sp.k., a company specialising in renovating historical buildings. The project was prepared by architectural studio ION ARCHITEKCI from Krakow. After the revitalization is completed in May 2015, Leach & Lang will manage the rental of the renovated apartments on behalf of the owners.
