Leach & Lang successfully advise on disposal of residential land plot in Krakow

Leach & Lang Property Consultants have successfully acted as an advisor to the Irish vendor of a centrally-located residential development plot of land on Kościuszki street in Krakow. The 0.5 hectare, undeveloped land plot was sold with a valid planning permit for approx. 6,000 sq m of sellable residential area. The buyer was stock-listed developer, Echo Investment S.A., from Kielce. The value of the transaction has not been disclosed.
