Leach & Lang sells riverview development property in Krakow

Leach & Lang Property Consultants has brokered a transaction of a piece of land of approx. 1.5ha in size, located on Bajeczna street in Krakow. The vendor was a local company, not connected with real estate development business, while the buyer was a large, Polish development company. The concept of the development plan for this plot shows 19,000 sqm of sellable area for residential use. The value of the transaction has not been disclosed.
