Leach & Lang sells property of an Irish company.

Leach & Lang Property Consultants have brokered a transaction of a piece of land of approx. 1.4ha in size, located at Zablocie street in Krakow.
The riverview site which allows for approx. 13,000sqm of residential development, was sold by a distressed Irish company to Newberg Investments, 
local developer, for an undisclosed amount.
