Leach & Lang sells property of a Spanish bank in Krakow

Leach & Lang Property Consultants in cooperation with Inverpol Consulting have brokered a transaction of a piece of land of approx. 0.8ha in size, located on the corner of Masarska and Rzeznicza streets in the centre of Krakow. The vendor was second largest Spanish bank Bankia and the buyer was a large, Polish development company. The concept of the development plan for this plot shows 13,000 sqm of sellable area for residential and commercial use. The value of the transaction has not been disclosed.
