Leach & Lang Property Consultants has brokered a transaction of a piece of land of approx. 700 sqm in size, located between Zamoyskiego and Krzemionki streets in Old Podgórze district of Krakow. The vendor was an English property fund KPH while the buyer was a private Irish investor. The site is masterplanned and will allow to construct approximately 1,200 sqm of sellable area. The value of the transaction has not been disclosed.
