Leach & Lang Property Consultants represented Miastologia S.A. on the buy-side during the purchase of a plot in the vicinity of Zbigniewa Herberta street in Krakow. The Company  is planning to build several dozens of apartments on the property of approximately  5 000 square meters. Their previous investment is Osiedle Nad Stawem, which was very successful.  The value of the transaction has not been disclosed.
