In Kielce, we finalized the purchase of the property for one of our regular clients, who moved from Małopolska to the Świętokrzyskie Mountains. Our task was to find the right property, to prepare the contract details and to represent our client in certain actions related to the acquisition of the property. We hope that he will be pleased with his new apartment!
To the west – in Wroclaw, we have provided accommodation for employees of the corporate HCL, mediating in renting apartments. Leach & Lang succeeded in finding a suitable location and preparing formal details of the transactions.
Leach & Lang also reached the Polish sea. In Gdansk, Sopot and Gdynia we are preparing our new service for Alexander Mann Solutions, which has been running successfully in Krakow – corporate lets for employees of the company.
