Leach & Lang Property Consultants have started sales of a new residential scheme Konarskiego 10 located on a plot in the centre of Gliwice. Project envisages construction of a residential building with 65 apartments, commercial ground floor and underground parking. The developer of the scheme is a SPV connected with a local development company MPM Development with Polish-Irish capital. Construction works are to start in May 2015 and will be carried out by ZRB Paciej. Construction will be financed by mBank Hipoteczny. The use permit is expected in the second half of 2016.
