Leach & Lang leases 4,000 sq m in Browar Lubicz

Leach & Lang represented Balmoral in negotiating office lease of 750 sq m in Goetz Palace to Codewise. Thanks to the stratospheric growth of the company, Leach & Lang was able to encourage Codewise’s expansion into Building G where the tenant now has taken 3,000 sq m of open-plan office space.

Another Leach & Lang client, YGG Drasil, has also taken over more than 800 sq m of office space in the restored boiler-house where the fit-out works are in progress at the moment.
