Leach & Lang’s agents have concluded a total of 60 transactions only in March 2012, which – in terms of volume of sales – ranks the company in ‘pole position’ among country’s real estate brokers and in 6th place nationwide taking also into consideration the sales of apartments by Poland’s top developers.
Such an outstanding result has been possible thanks to the launch of pre-sales in Katowice’s residential development Debowe Tarasy (Phase 3) and a continued good pace of sales at Krakow’s mixed-use investment Browar Lubicz (Phase 1). In both cases, Leach & Lang has been appointed the role of an exclusive sales agent on behalf of – respectively – Austria-based Immofinanz and UK-development company Balmoral Properties.
The agency has also launched the sales of apartments in Wzgorze Jana investment in Bochnia on behalf of an Irish client JTL Property Holdings and is preparing the market launch in May 2012 of an up-market investment Rezydencja Twardowskiego on Pietrusinskiego street in Krakow (on behalf of Roc Developments).
