Leach & Lang together with Jones Lang LaSalle have been exclusively mandated by Hollybrook Polska to seek buyers for a group of six residential, office and hotel plots located in Central and Southern Poland in a portfolio deal. The plots include a site in the very centre of Katowice for office development (20 000 m2 GLA) as well as a projected residential development (15 000 m2 of usable area) in the neighbourhood of Silesia City Center.
