Leach & Lang exclusive leasing agent for DK-Development

Leach & Lang are proud to have been selected as exclusive leasing agent by the long-established Krakow developer, DK Development, for the commercialization of DK’s new A-class office building in Pilotow street in Krakow. The building will comprise approximately 2,500 sq m of office space on four floors along with approximately 400 sq m of retail space on the ground floor and approximately 50 parking spaces in the 1st Phase of development. Delivery is expected by Q4 2013.’
