Leach & Lang together with JLL have successfully completed the disposal for Hollybrook Polska of a group of six residential and hotel plots located in Central and Southern Poland.
The plots included two residential sites in the very centre of Katowice on ul. Sokolska and ul. Sciegennego purchased by ATAL and IMS respectively as well as a residential site in Cieszyn acquired by International Partner Sp. J.
The sale of those plots was followed up by the transaction of a large housing site in Siemianowice Slaskie and a hotel site in Ustron for a combined value of 10mln PLN. The final piece in the jigsaw was cemented with the sale at the end of August 2019 of a sizeable residential site in Otrebusy on the outskirts of Warsaw for 8mln PLN.

The sale of the centrally-located Katowice residential sites was never going to be an issue but the success of the other sales in less obvious locations is thanks both to the perseverance of our staff and the resurgent Polish land market.’
