Leach & Lang Property Consultants brokered a successful bulk sale in Krakow’s prestigious residential complex Angel Plaza. Ten apartments located on Old Town’s Zwierzyniecka street were sold by a group of Irish individual investors for an amount in excess of 5 mln PLN to a private buyer. The deal which involved a cooperation with BZ WBK bank as well as Court’s bailiff constitutes one of the largest residential transactions on a secondary market in Krakow in 2012.
