Leach & Lang begin soft pre-sales and pre-leasing for Balmoral

‘Leach & Lang begin soft pre-sales and pre-leasing process in Krakow for Balmoral, owner and developer of the two-hectare Browar Lubicz development site on ul. Lubicz in Krakow. Construction of the first phase of the project is due to commence in Q4 2011 and complete in Q3 2013 and will comprise of 136 apartments, 2,000 sq m of office space and 6,000 sq m of retail. Subsequent phases will allow for development of a further 6,000 sq m of office space and an additional 170 apartments. The whole development also provides for approximately 370 underground parking spaces.’
