Leach & Lang have negotiated the sale of a 0.7 hectare development plot (former clothing factory) in Krakow’s city centre on ul. Nadwislanska. The site allows for the construction of approx. 19,000 sq m of sellable area according to the build permit. The value of the deal has not been disclosed. The vendor was a private Irish client and the buyer was a Polish developer, ATAL S.A.
