The restoration of the apartments and the staircase has just ended in Krzywa 12 Street and the process of renting apartments has begun. The freshly renovated apartments are popular among potential tenants and the first lease agreements have been already signed.
The building in Krzywa 12 Street is an intimate, well restored tenement house, which consists of 14 apartments. The ground floor apartments can also be used as commercial premises. The great exterior shell of the building has gained a new look thanks to the extensive renovation of common areas: a staircase, an antique elevator from 1939 as well as the renewal of the façade – which was under protection of the office of the Municipal Conservator. The renovation works of the facade will be finished at the end of September, however, new tenants might be moved to the building from the middle of this month. This tenement house has gained a new life and encourages to live in renovated interiors.
