Leach & Lang in co-operation with JLL have successfully disposed of a 1.5 hectare plot located on ul. Wroclawska in Katowice on behalf of Layetana for an undisclosed price to DL Invest Group. It’s another successful sale in Katowice after plots on Sokolska St. and Ściegiennego St.
