The commercial department of Leach & Lang has been an agent during the lease of 455 sqm, previously acquired from the developer, in the Prądnicka 65 complex in Krakow. Half of the floor of the office building has been rented for a post-secondary school, which will start operating in a new location this autumn.
The PRĄDNICKA 65 development is located in the Krowodrza district, well-combined with the rest of Kraków. The modern style of the building refers to post-industrial history of the district and determines its unique character.
