Erlang Solutions has rented an entire floor in a tenement house at ul. Karmelicka 7 in the immediate vicinity of the Main Square. Leach & Lang negotiated the terms of the transaction and represented the owner.
The cooperation with Erlang Solutions and the owner of the tenement house (family company: Avanti Gruppo Polska) proceeded in a pleasant atmosphere from the very beginning; reliability, professionalism and honesty of both parties meant that the entire process of negotiating the terms of the contract was efficient and completed in a short time. We are glad that on June 30, 2021, we will be able to hand over the new office in the heart of Krakow to its new tenant.
