Kościuszki Apartments is a new luxury investment built in Krakow by Echo Investment.
Great location, excellent architecture are only a part of the design features.
Facade of a new tenement house is an example of the modern language of Krakow's modernism. However, this balanced bourgeois architecture also has elements that are associated with the modernist architecture of New York. These are beautiful wide windows or a two-story entrance gate. Tradition and modernity are also highlighted in the applied material of the facade with sandstone slabs.
This stone is also present in architecture located only a few hundred meters away from the Royal Castle in Wawel.
The cascade layout of the building changes from the Vistula side in accordance with the rhythm of Rodła green boulevards. This allowed to open most of the apartments to the scenic qualities of the waterfront: Vistula water, buildings of the Norbertine Sisters monastery, the silhouette of Old Dębniki, the lump of the Wawel castle and the towers of St. Mary's church. One-storey gardens were also located on this side.
The main entrance of the tenement house is led through an elegant foyer, which also houses the reception area. There is fitness in the building and the underground garage with parking spaces. Located on the upper floors, the apartments have spacious viewing terraces.
For the convenience of all residents, the internal courtyard was functionally designed. Furnished with stone-and-wooden benches, a pergola, carefully arranged greenery, it focuses on the monument of nature growing there in July.
The investment was built and put into use in 2017.
The entire project consists of 67 new apartments, 84 underground parking spaces and 54 storages.
According to the Civil Code, this offer is not an offer for trade.
