If the developer does not accept the indicated defects, the Buyer has several options.

In case of significant defects, he may withdraw from the sales contract. In another situation, the Buyer may demand a price reduction or removal of the defect. Any communication with the developer should be taken in writing, so it is important to include e-mail addresses of the both parties in the sales contract. If the developer and the Buyer fail to reach an agreement, the Buyer can pursue claims in a court.
