Leach & Lang Property Consultants represented the Buyer – Polish private equity fund – in a recent sale of the investment plot on 29 November Avenue in Krakow. The plot will be dedicated for the construction of a small office building.
The start of the investment process is scheduled for the turn of 2017 and 2018.
The amount of the transaction has not been publicized.
