The works on the reinforced concrete construction of the building of Wawrzyńca 19 development are still proceeding. Currently, two parts of the building are under construction: the second floor of the building from the side of St Wawrzyńca Street as well as the third floor from the south side. The installation works are parallel to the construction works and the installation of the sanitary and ventilation systems has begun in the underground garage.
Over 50 % of the apartments have already been sold and this result is really rewarding. There is no surprise- Wawrzyńca 19 is an unique and one-of-a-kind development in the heart of magical Kazimierz.
