Leach & Lang have been instructed by a private Irish investor to advise on the sale of a highly visible plot on the corner of ul. Pilsudskiego and ul Dowborczyków in Łódź. The site would allow for a 125-room (6,800 sq m) hotel or an office building of circa 5,000 GLA. Initial concepts drawn up by Iliard Architekci also include underground parking. Leach & Lang have also been instructed by the same Investor to pre-let a small stand-alone retail scheme on ul. Kosciuszki in Lodz allowing for 1,000 sq m of GLA and 25 parking spaces.
