Leach & Lang Property Consultants have been appointed exclusive sales agent for the third phase of the Debowe Tarasy residential development in Katowice by Immofinanz.
Immofinanz Group, the largest real estate investor and developer in Austria and one of the five leading listed real estate property companies in Europe plans to start construction during Q2 2012.
Leach & Lang have already started pre-sales for the 318 apartment development which is expected to be completed before the end of 2013.
