Krakow development site disposal ’Leach & Lang have negotiated the sale of a 4 hectare development plot (former PKS bus depot) in Krakow on ul. Cystersow. The value of the deal was approximately 40 mln PLN for a site on which approx 60,000 sq m of sellable area can be developed according to the masterplan for the area. The vendor was a private Irish client and the buyer was a local Krakow developer, Inter-Bud.’
