We are proud to present you the latest result of the Leach & Design team’s work.
As part of an order for a private investor, we performed a complete fit-out in a tenement house on Stolarska Street in Cracow.
The building was subjected to a general renovation, the project envisaged finishing the interiors from the developer’s level.
5 apartments and a shared kitchen were created for short-term rentals
Anna Gluzinska-Nasternak is responsible for the design and preparation.
Her main tasks are:
– dividing the space to create apartments,
– designing the functional layout of the rooms (layout of the kitchen, bathrooms, sleeping area, resting area),
– making technical drawings (electrical installations, plumbing connections, ventilation lines),
– stylistic part (colors of tiles, floors, walls, types of furniture, materials, furnishings, etc.).
Turnkey finishing and coordination is the work of Katarzyna Rynkar and Jolanta Milewska.
