Supervision of an investment project

Offering investor’s representative service and supervision of an investment project includes performing services in compliance with the rules of Polish construction law, in the scope of construction engineering, sanitary and electrical installations. The range of services includes in particular:

1. Leading and managing the entire investment process.
2. Regularly inspecting construction site in order to control the progress of engineering, construction and sanitary works at an angle of its compliance with build permit.
3. Controlling construction site log book maintained by General Contractor.
4. Verifying works carried out by General Contractor.
5. Controlling the post-completion documentation handed over by General Contractor.
6. Taking part in weekly coordination meetings.
7. Preparing and taking part in the final handover of the investment in coordination with Investor.
8. Taking part in warranty inspections.
