HOTEL DESCRIPTION:

The hotel consists of 22 hotel rooms, large conference and banquet hall, a restaurant, and a concert hall with a fireplace. Natural materials have been used to decorate and finish the hotel: the ground floor is covered with large-format Italian natural slate, and the floors on the upper floors are made of oiled boards and oak parquet. Wooden stairs and window frames are also made of oiled oak. The elements of the decor, which look like a ceiling with wooden supports, are made of Siberian douglas fir. Bathrooms and toilets are finished in natural marble and granite, and high-quality fittings were used.

The roof is covered with a natural tile (also used in the Wawel Castle in Krakow). A modern kitchen serving the hotel is located in the basement of the hotel. The kitchen has all professional gastronomic devices, it is connected to the restaurant by two lifts. In the attic of the hotel, there is a sauna and a relaxation room.

The entire hotel is adapted for disabled people. The hotel has been entered in the register of monuments.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION:

– internal and external monitoring of the building;
– radiator heating in hotel rooms and underfloor heating in bathrooms;
-new electronically controlled circulation pumps ensure precise temperature control;
– the heat source is two (2×75 kW) modern high-efficiency heat pumps and as a backup heating wood gasification system in furnaces of the Swiss company Heitzmann;
– installation of spring water for food purposes, watering the garden and filling the reserve fire-fighting tank with water from the natural source of the building (the natural source is also available to guests in the form of a natural outflow in the garden);
-In the restaurant and gallery there are fireplaces which apart from the aesthetic function also have a heating function and are connected to the heating system, and have a power of 50 kW;
– passenger lift connecting all 5 levels of the building, adapted for the disabled;
-mechanical supply ventilation with the possibility of heating or cooling the supplied fresh air.

The hotel is located in a very charming place on a hill overlooking the west, surrounded by a carefully nurtured garden, where the main elements are seasonal flowers and trees (plane trees, chestnuts, lindens, elms, maples, acacia, beeches).

The magical location of the hotel makes it an ideal base for people who want a break from the hustle and bustle of big cities, it is an oasis of peace and relaxation.
