The old tenement house at Krakusa street (Stare Podgórze) gets a new life

In recent months, we have been working on a large investment, which is a tenement house at Krakusa street in Krakow. The construction works were complex and included: refreshing of the facade, replacing the window frames and building of one extra floor.

Result of works are 17 renovated apartments for rent. Apartments on each floor have been finished in a different styles. At the lower floor there are loft style apartments, two upper floors are in a modern style, while at the top we have a glamour styled flats.

The loft style is characterized by dark colors and austereness, which was obtained in the form of brick on the wall. In addition, the style has been emphasized by bold, contrasting colors. Black fittings give the apartment elegance, and white parts supple the interiors with lightness. Young and charismatic persons will find themselves perfectly in these apartments.

The modern style is full of bright created by subtle, interpenetrating colors, mainly grays and whites. The raw brick on the walls has been replaced by patterned wallpapers, making the apartments cozier. Lamps, thanks to their fabric lampshades, give soft light. The interiors are ideal option for these working remotely as soft and toned colors help to focus.

The glamor style is characterized by elegance obtained by combining white with golden accessories and imitation of marble. In this case the main colors were composed with a deep emerald green details. The apartments are located on the top floor and would be a great choice for maturer residents who value style and elegance in their interiors.

All apartments are one- or two-bedroomed, each comes with at least one separate bedroom. They are additionally equipped with folding sofas, TV sets, fully equipped kitchens with household appliances, bathrooms with showers and washing machines, as well as spacious wardrobes and household items. They are fully prepared to move in.

The staircase has also undergone a major renovation. The original terrazzo on the stairs has been refreshed, while the floors were covered with tiles in two colors. Keeping the corridors in black and white gives them an elegant finishing, which was additionally emphasized by black stucco on the walls.

The tenement house is located in Stare Podgorze, being an increasingly dynamically developing district of Krakow. It is only two tram stops away from the tourist Kazimierz. In the vicinity there are numerous restaurants and shops, while a respite from the city noise is provided by the nearby Bednarskiego Park.
