We are pleased to announce that after signing the final purchase contract of the last apartment at “apartments at Chmielna” investment, which has occured this week, the sale of the investment has been completed.
The investment was developed by Miastologia – a local Krakow company, and included eight low-rise buildings located in the south of Krakow, near the Kurdwanów tram terminus. The apartments were offered in a package with a turnkey finishing (including bathrooms, walls and floors finishing, doors, as well as full kitchen furniture with household appliances).
Each apartment on the ground floor comes with a spacious garden, and the apartments on the first floor have a balconies for exclusive use. It is worth to mention that the apartments were offered in layouts that can be easily modified in order to adapt the space to the individual needs of the residents.
