Leach & Lang represented Tetnowski Development in the purchase of a plot on ul. Pasteura 1 in Krakow. The purchase price has not been disclosed but the first phase of development (92 apartments) is already under preparation. The sizes of the apartments will vary between 32 and 69 sqm.
