According to article 13 of Act 1 and Act 2 of the General Regulation on Protection of Personal Data form April 27th, 2016 and Personal Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018, we herby inform you of the following:

Your personal information is managed by Polo Group Thomas Leach and Leach & Management Katarzyna Balawejder sp.j. both acting as Leach & Lang Property Consultants registered in Krakow at Garncarska 8/4, 31-115, hereinafter referred to as the Company;personal data provided by e-mail, telephone or by using contact form on our website in order to obtain information about properties in Warsaw will be managed by Leach & Lang Beata Zalewska, ul. Giełdowa 4a/25, 01- 211 Warszawa, NIP: 8231141526.
2. The Company informs that providing your personal data is voluntary but necessary for proper performance of the ordered service.

4. We hold your personal data in order to fulfil your search enquiry related to the area of our activity (e.g., real estate query) that is received via e-mail, an industry—specific portal (such as otodom.pl or morizon.pl), our website, telephone or contact in person;

Your personal information is processed for in order to provide intermediary services and to fulfil legal obligations (such as tax payment) resulting from our agency contract or other agreement ( e.g. management agreement). In addition, processing of customers' personal data for tax and accounting purposes is required by law. Moreover, we may process personal data based on the legitimate interest of the Company;

In order to fulfil the obligations resulting from the contract, your personal data will be made available to the relevant parties carrying out transactions through the Company, as well as all supporting entities providing accounting, IT, consulting services (such as financial and credit consulting companies and our employees on the basis of Personal Data Processing Agreement ;
7. Your personal data will be kept for the duration of the contract, as well as after its termination in order to:
• pursue any claims resulting from the contract,
• fulfil any obligations resulting from legal provisions, in particular tax and accounting regulations,
• prevent abuse and fraud (making data available to the police and other legal institutions),
• maintain archives and statistics,
• for a period up to a maximum of 10 years from the date of termination of the contract;
8. Your personal data will be stored for marketing purposes until you request their removal;
9. Providing personal data for marketing purposes is voluntary;
10. We require the following personal data to execute the provisions of the contract: name and surname, e-mail address or phone number, citizenship, identity card or passport number, address of residence or correspondence;
11. We guarantee that all your rights resulting from the general personal data protection regulation will be fulfilled. That includes: the right to access, rectify and delete data, limit their processing, right to transfer them, right not to be subjected to automated decision making and profiling, and the right to object to the processing of personal data;
12. You have the right to issue a complaint regarding the processing of your personal data by the Company to the supervisory entity which is Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych
