More about Active Management

Active Management is a joint venture established between Leach & Lang and TWW combining key elements of both companies.

With activities in Warsaw and Krakow, Active Management administrates retail, office, residential and mixed-use complexes on behalf of housing communities and private investors.

Active Management looks after almost 200,000 square metres of properties ranging from 30,000 square metre mixed-use facilities down to and including residential townhouses of 1,000 square metres and less for individual clients.

As part of the greater Leach & Lang umbrella, clients of Active Management can count on the same qualities they have been accustomed to at Leach & Lang.
