Leach & McGuire once again advises Heimstaden Bostad on another PRS transaction in Warsaw

Leach & McGuire, a company belonging to the Leach & Lang capital group, is developing cooperation with the Swedish partner Heimstaden Bostad, advising the giant in another one from series of successful transactions that the entity has carried out in Poland in recent years; concerning the purchase of 400 apartments from Dantex Sp. z o. o. Sp.k. at their Aurora estate in Warsaw.
